In that ep we never saw him sleep - when sam asks him when the last time he slept was, dean avoids the question and never ends up answering
As for the eating thing, i think he wants to eat, but just doesn’t need to
When sam offered to make him dinner, dean flat out refused, and he doesn’t eat until lunch the next day
For someone who’s been what he’s been through, that is a helluva lotta time to go without food and yeah he eats that burger, but not because he was hungry - he ate it Because it tasted good (remember, sam had to order it for him)
For someone who we know loves food, you’d think that would be one of the first things on his mind when he got back…
The fact that it’s not makes me think something’s up
and hopefully that something is cas hitching a ride because he doesn’t currently have a body but whatever
Sam and Kevin should just start a “Demons killed my girlfriend” club.
